Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days from the date of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the following business day.

Each bookmark is hand finished and individually inspected before shipment." Processing time may occasionally be extended during high-demand periods; in such cases, customers will be notified by email.

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates expressed in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) and start from the day after dispatch. They do not include processing time and may vary due to courier operations, customs clearance (where applicable), or events outside our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping option selected. Any promotional shipping offers (such as free shipping thresholds) will be displayed at checkout.

5. Tracking

Where the selected shipping service includes tracking, a tracking number will be provided by email upon dispatch. Some economy shipping options may not include international tracking beyond the country of origin.

6. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

We declare the full commercial value of all international shipments as required by international shipping regulations. We cannot mark shipments as "gift" or declare a lower value.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Packages returned to us due to incorrect, incomplete, or unverifiable addresses will be subject to reshipment costs at the customer's expense, as detailed in our Refund and Return Policy.

8. Delays and Lost Shipments

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs authorities, severe weather, strikes, or other events outside our reasonable control. If your order has not arrived significantly beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us at info@francescofanti.com and we will investigate with the courier.

9. Lost Parcels

For shipments within the European Union and the United Kingdom, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

For shipments to all other destinations, if a tracked parcel is confirmed lost in transit by the courier, we will work with you to resolve the issue: in most cases this means a free replacement or a full refund, at your choice. Claims must be reported within 30 days of dispatch.
